Sunshine Destiny Ministries (SDM) operates under a Spirit-led governance structure designed to uphold integrity, ensure accountability, and empower global expansion. Each governing body carries a distinct mandate, yet all are unified by one spiritual purpose—to advance the vision God has entrusted to SDM.

1. SDM APOSTOLIC OVERSIGHT BOARD

The Apostolic Oversight Board stands as the highest spiritual authority in SDM.

Its central role is to protect the prophetic direction and apostolic mandate of the ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold SDM’s doctrinal purity and prophetic identity
• Provide apostolic oversight and spiritual counsel
• Set directional focus for all ministries and departments
• Approve major expansions, assignments, and global initiatives
• Ensure SDM remains aligned with its God-given purpose

The Apostolic Oversight Board establishes the spiritual atmosphere and ensures SDM moves according to divine direction.

2. SDM MANAGEMENT BOARD

The Management Board is responsible for SDM’s operational governance and administrative excellence.

Core Functions:

• Develop and implement SDM policies, systems, and governance structures
• Oversee project approvals, budget reviews, quotations, and expenditures
• Ensure financial and administrative integrity
• Coordinate operations between departments and functional ministries
• Support the smooth execution of all SDM events and initiatives

This board ensures that SDM functions efficiently, responsibly, and strategically.

3. SDM MINISTRY BOARD

The Ministry Board provides leadership oversight for all ministry expressions, ensuring spiritual strength, coordination, and growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all ministry departments: prophetic, teaching, worship, missions, home-based fellowships, and community work
• Equip pastors, elders, leaders, and ministry teams
• Strengthen ministerial standards, ethics, and accountability
• Coordinate SDM programs such as conferences, workshops, and outreach
• Identify and develop new ministry initiatives
• Assist in leadership deployment, commissioning, and assignments

The Ministry Board ensures that every part of SDM’s ministry remains vibrant, unified, and effective.

4. SDM SCHOOL OF MINISTRY

The SDM School of Ministry is the equipping arm of SDM, designed to raise leaders with strong biblical foundations, spiritual maturity, and ministry competence.

Its Mandate Includes:

• Training believers for prophetic, pastoral, and community ministry
• Strengthening Scripture-based understanding and character formation
• Preparing leaders for home cells, international teams, auxiliary ministries, and SDM expansions
• Guiding individuals in discovering their gifts, calling, and ministry destiny
• Offering continuous development through courses, intensives, and seminars

The SDM School of Ministry is a leadership furnace—shaping lives for service and preparing laborers for the global harvest.

5. THE AUXILIARY AND SDM

SDM oversees a family of auxiliary ministries that extend its reach and practical mission.

Auxiliaries Include (but are not limited to):

• Sunshine Dream Village (SDV) – An SDM auxiliary focused on community empowerment, holistic development, and mission-driven initiatives
• Other recognized auxiliaries and partner ministries operating under SDM guidance

Functions of the Auxiliary & SDM Structure:

• Align all auxiliaries with SDM’s prophetic and global direction
• Provide leadership oversight and ministry mentoring
• Coordinate joint missions, projects, and international partnerships
• Strengthen SDM’s influence in communities and nations

Auxiliary ministries amplify SDM’s vision by extending its reach into diverse communities and specialized missions.
